What is digital marketing?

The phrase “digital marketing”covers all the services we offer. There are many ways to define, but in our particular case it covers anything based online.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Analytics and conversion rate optimisation

What is content marketing?

Content marketing is the marketing and business process for creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract, acquire, and engage a clearly defined and understood target audience – with the purpose of driving profitable customer action.

How should my brand use digital marketing?

Businesses that can be found when prospective customers are looking for the products or services that your business offers, are more likely to generate leads and ultimately more business.
Having a consistent presence on social media and email marketing campaigns are other ways of staying at the forefront of your prospects minds.

Is digital marketing still relevant or useful even if we don't sell our product/service online?

For customers to be aware of the existence of your company, it is necessary to have an online presence.

Most businesses who do not sell their products/services online believe that digital marketing is not relevant to them. This is based on the preconception that websites are primarily used for e-commerce.

Your website should be viewed as a means to sell your business as a brand, and communicate your values directly to your audience(s), which is important to your customers. Your online presence is a necessity to your success.

Can you help me incorporate my new business, as well as create the branding identity

Yes.

Our consultants can handle the incorporation process for you and consult with you regarding establishing a new brand identity (logos, website, etc.).

What type of businesses do you typically work with?

The majority of our clients have been part of or closely connected to the entertainment industry (music/fashion).
However, we offer consultations to businesses/brands of all industries. Our portfolio also includes work with SMEs in the non-profit sector, healthcare and technology industries.

Do you have minimum length contracts?

We like to have long-term projects in place, however, we also work on short-term or even month-to-month contracts.

What are your payment terms?

In most cases, we invoice on a monthly basis with 30-day payment terms.

For certain projects we may require a proportion of the payment upfront or full payment by the clients –  i.e., building new websites.

Payment arrangements are agreed to prior to the start of a project.
Any changes in budget must be communicated and agreed to in writing. .

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Gladly.

We prefer to use a Mutual NDA so that our own trade secrets can be protected as well.

Who owns the work product?

Your business/brand should always own the final work product.

Where are you located? How do you work with clients outside your immediate location?

We are located in Atlanta, GA.
We rely heavily on the phone, e-mail, and online meeting tools, and have never met many of our clients.
If desired, we are available to visit your offices for a day or two at a time.
